The Terminal at Douglas Park is a 100,000 square foot creative office environment that offers open spaces and unique ownership opportunities. The project consists of four individual buildings, private patio spaces, roll-up glass doors connecting interior office spaces to the outdoor courtyard, and shared amenities.

Drawing the office inhabitants outdoors into the connected campus-like environment was the intention for the clean and modern design. Sustainable design solutions including the use of recycled materials and native and climactically appropriate planting materials were utilized for natural resource conservation.
